Nice article. But the DNC is not progressive; it went out of its way to F Sanders, who is no Democrat.

Obama and Hillary were not progressive in any shape or form.

What does the Democratic Party really represent? Do you know? If they have not presented a true alternative to Trump's economic policies, how can they be expected to beat Trump or Pence in 2020 or even win back the House or Senate in 2018?

I still think the Dems do poorly in the midterm elections. The Party is not unified.

On further thought, I think the article you posted gives the Democrats too much credit for being substantially different than the Republicans.
