Well, if you understood what this article means, it means that Toshiba is in a pickle. Their only way not to sell to Bain is to maintain the arbitration, and avoid settlement with Western Digital. Oh my, still stuck without 2020+ supply!

back in mid november i thought toshiba may not have to sell to bain..after they raised cash..
it would be nice if toshiba and wdc could continue by themselves..without bain....
in the future a buyout way above today's price would be acceptable...close to your $200 price...
