James; I have not visited either of the Wall Street offices. I have had telephone conversation with Encompass (they were trying to recruit me. grin) but am trying to break a couple of hours out of my schedule to visit them. I want to know how heavily they are in to information technology staffing; it is most certainly the strongest part of their market. Hourly contract firms are getting 25% of staffing charges which average $ 4000 per week per employee. Really huge numbers. Rick
