I think that the month of Dec and the first Q1 and probably even Q2 or 2018 we will be watching risky assets
go up in price.... and by quite a bit. IT's a bull market.

we need to see what happens with the final budget reconciliation. and other areas that impact stocks,
cc's and other more speculative assets... but we have all the indications that we have much further to go
on this global synchronized growth with the continued tailwind of further central bank asset creation.

So in a bull market...... what does one do? have exposure to the areas that are having the best organic growth
and not shorting... stocks and areas where the % of the float that is shorted is way too high.

I hope this guidance is as clutter free of big terms and financial qualifiers as need be for readers to see
what i am saying.
