My friend is a mailman and his family are PR native. He owns a couple homes there on the east end where the eye went right over the top and devastated the area. No electric till march. The locals raided the local Mayor's house because she was stockpiling the food that FEMA was sending in there. he said it's completely unsafe right now. Armed robbery for food, phones, cars, building materials, etc. is a daily occurrence. Not safe to be outside your home at night.
