It seems to me the market maker is like an antique dealer. He's won't buy except at low prices (e.g.$2) and won't sell unless he gets a lot more (e.g. $2.75). I know someone who has had a bid in all week to sell at $2.50 but hasn't been filled even though the stock has traded higher numerous times. The mm is accumulating a lot of stock in my view and that's good because he isn't going to sell it low. I'm also buoyed by the situation in SK. A buddy of mine who does a lot of work in Asia says the tone over there is a lot different now. They are much more anxious to do deals because they need the action and the investment. This could really speed up the process for our casino.
