Ed, - In a past post I believe Wall St. Bum claimed the filing requirement for the 10-K report was 90 days following the close of the fiscal year. Perhaps he might confirm this for us, as I too, believe it is 90 days as compared to the 45 day requirement for 10-Q's. And now on the political front - This quote from a sponsor of the legislation attempting to put us out of business in SC - "I would be willing to make money-back guarantees that if the House votes to eliminate it, the Senate will not go along with it, as they have proved in the past," said House Speaker Pro Tem Terry Haskins, R-Greenville. Haskins is co-sponsor of a bill to outlaw the industry." And from the other side of the aisle - "Senate Majority Leader John Land, D-Clarendon, said sentiment on the issue is evenly divided in the Senate. That means anti-poker senators wouldn't be strong enough to stop a filibuster against Beasley's proposal." So what it appears to all boil down to is, the anti gaming contingent not only doesn't have to votes to push the bill through the Senate, they don't even have the votes to shut us up should we eventually decide to fillibuster the issue. I'm sure the pro gaming lobbyists can be very long-winded should the need arise. <g> At this point in time it seems the people's mandate will prevail. Gary
