gw: One question is who is selling to Sands? He has acquired 11% of the company in less than a year, and the price has gone down hill. Is Rice slowly unwinding his way out of Arakis? Kahn and his buddies? You would think we would see some filings if insiders or those with a large stake are selling. Unless of course Kahn has some way of unloading shares without filing. Wouldn't put it past him.
