What part of accounting don't you understand?

If I lend you money, and you spend it, does that mean I shouldn't expect to get paid back?

If the SS Trust Fund lends to the general fund which spends it, do explain why the SS Trust Fund shouldn't be paid back from the general budget.

As I said, SS and MC don't have a problem, the general budget does have a BIG problem. Its people like you who try to confuse the issue so they can say SS and MC are the problem. BS!

The SS trust fund has $2.8 trillion in it. While it's true one party steals from that fund because their voters fear tax increases they are required to also give the fund IOUs that must be paid back.

We knew the boomers were going to retire so one party bankrupted us with tax cuts and debt. We have to wonder why their voters let them do it.
