Taken out, yes, but it was a take under.

Supposed discount of 2.3% to the Dec 12 closing price - my calculations indicate a 5% discount.
Westwater (WWR) is listed in the U.S. - closed today at 1.11.
0.08 WWR shares for each CSPG share, valuing Alabama Graphite at USD 8.88 cents (CAD 11.4 cents).

When Alabama Graphite announced the unsolicited offer in September, WWR was trading at USD $1.40.
WWR traded as low as 76 cents in November - guess everyone figured out who the prospective unnamed interested party was.
a US-based, arm’s length, public, micro-cap, pre-revenue, junior mining development company (the “Interested Party”) ...
According to publicly available records, the Interested Party has less than USD$7 million in unrestricted cash and a market capitalization of approximately USD$35 million.
Original offer was 0.1 WWR shares per CSPG share.
CSPG management must have been desperate to sell.
