Good Morning, Carol: Has the value of the peso increased in relation to the dollar over the past year? Many resorts will quote rates in American or Canadian dollars. Look for resorts that quote rates in the peso. The ruins are Mayan. We visited several. A trip to Cuba would be a great adventure. A year or so ago the New York Times Sunday Magazine published a reporter's story about her trip to Cuba. Old cars are abandoned in the streets. Gasoline is limited so it can be difficult to get around. Sounds like real adventure!!! Should be cheap too!
