NK has nuclear warheads and missiles that can hit the US. It regularly threatens to. There's credible and imminent. There are rules of engagement, especially when it comes to nuclear war. Every soldier, every officer swears to uphold the Constitution of the United States. They don't swear to the CIC or any other person. That's the safeguard against some crazy commander giving illegal orders. Come on, Brumar, as a conservative you should already know this. Only liberals would not understand. I think you're making assumptions that are no longer valid in the Age of Trump. He ran on spurning legalities and tearing up rules of engagement. He thinks the military should be loyal to HIM as in him personally.
