The E & P companies have very favorable buy/strong buy recs. from the analysts covering them.Apparently, the analysts' view is that more oil is needed in the future. In the face of it, there seems to me to be no basis in this drillers' bear market that fear & short selling profiteering. Nothing has changes at all in the outlook for the drillers except that business looks better than it did last year! I am more bullish on the business end of it...just confused on the current p/e price of these stocks!
