The company is languishing because of the price of gold and because managment doesn't know what it is doing. So you've got inept management, sitting with 12 million bucks, and it doesn't know what to do, except protect itself in a way that ultimately lines executive pockets, not shareholders. PVO is heading down. I'd be careful with this one.
