I take 1 to 2 oz/day depending on pain/swelling with cherry juice. Research it and see if it works for you.

....I'll stick with allopurinol............only very occasional flares with little pain or swelling............and NEVER off my feet...............uric acid checks in normal range.............cheap pills........no side effects
