Kerm / Paragon Takeover.....Do you have a opinion on the Northrock takeover ? I have alot of PGN shares at a small loss to the offer price from NRK. Do you think one is best off taking the NRK shares for the long term potential of this company. I don't have NRK shares,but I certainly like the company.In my opinion this deal stinks for PGN shareholders who are not getting the value for their shares when you look at what Sunoma paid for Orbit.In reference to the so called experts First Energy and others had a 12 month target of 5.50-6.00 for PGN, then this week there qouted as saying its a good deal for PGN shareholders!. Thanks for your help !
