Im sure Cash is of some concern , the VLT's are the main focus, but the JV talks would be the next step one way or the other regarding the slots . It just seems logical to me. Im sure the license issue must come into play somewhere along that road also . In a past press release didnt Noram say they were securing the financing for that venture months ago. ( 150 slots).

I recorded both confrence calls on my speaker phone , George did not say " buy It" on the last confrence call he said they were having further discussions with the mandarin , where he said " buy It " was while refering to the talks in Las Vegas, of which i have no update . MY mistake completely , thank god i taped them though ..

I stand corrected .
