Crash calls are opposite of a dreamer (eternal optimist). I think universal care is a dream in the USA because adopting it requires that the Congress cares about the people. This is not how the system currently operates, and I don’t foresee any changes. The system operates with Congress passing laws that benefit lobbyist groups, so it is unlikely to pass anything that reduces profits of big pharma and insurance companies. We could see a backlash though. Most of the time an outsider has no chance in the Presidential race, and the candidates are already bought before the Election. Trump was kind of an exception, actually, as people got sick of it and voted him in. He had enough of his own money to run, which is an exception not a rule
