GZ,
Thanks. I FINALLY get it!;)Easiest to see on a weekly...then I don't have to count.<VBG>OK,now (and I believed earlier) it looks bad technically but how bad is this type of reversal as opposed to others? I guess a look at the pattern in Oct. says it all.But I don't think Jan puts are an "option",at least not for any big $ gains. With such fast moves there are always the dipsters.Next week will give us a great deal of foreshadowing. Then we will be a little closer to knowing if we get a rally to initiate puts.BWDIK.Heck, I don't know if I will buy a couple of calls for a succer's rally or just sit out. An I hate it when that happens!!;)Bill makes a good point about Jan 1996...I miss those days because I made a killing after that.My gut feeling is that the psychological factors are going to play havoc on our TA for the very short term.I KNOW technicals precede fundamentals, but these humans are screwing things up!
Regards,
Barbara
PS Sorry if I ramble, but do let me know about the theory behind the consequences of this type of reversal.
