My belief is communication WAS on GSA equipment. I'm confidant in saying this because if it wasn't, the GSA wouldn't have had the communications that they gave to Mueller's team at all. If you communicate on government equipment, it's not private and the transition team was informed of that at the beginning. In fact, I recall reading that they signed an acknowledgement of that.

It doesn't matter if the transition people were government employees or not or if they were sending emails or texts to non-government employees.

BTW if Trump's lawyers had a valid claim on this, they'd be asserting it in court and pronto. As soon as they learned Mueller had the communications. They are NOT in court making this argument ... they're just throwing it out as a talking point for the base.

Mueller's people aren't stupid. They aren't going to make stupid errors. The Trump team otoh ...

And lastly, I will point out if there was nothing incriminating for anyone in these communications, why the fuss? Non-incriminating communications are worthless to Mueller.
