Excellent find, Tom.

I really think you've put it together. Why else would XL Vision/Safeguard want to spend so much money bailing out (essentially buying) LASX?

Tom: As I recall, LASX purchased the camera technology from XL Vision, but that was it. Are you speculating that whovision is in some way related to LASX, other than their common contact with XL? If so, please expound on the reasons for your speculation.
