I will post the stuff about the preferreds when I get a chance to compile it from the annual report. Its all there. As far as your question (short or not short?), I cannot honestly recommend anything to anybody. Shorting is still one of the riskiest strategies around. What if Bill Gates decides to buy RCI for 2bil tomorrow? This being said, I am short and will remain short because anything with negative equity, non-conservative accounting, and no earning prospects for a few more years (according to Ted) is easy meat.
