Theories on why Press Releases not sent to wire:

1) CEO will be announced SOON and ZE does not want a stock pop hurting the CEO's incentive package.

2) More Intel news (possible financial stake) coming. ZE doesn't want a stock pop to hurt deal with Intel.

3) ZE wants to coordinate the recent good news with the CEO appointment for a blockbuster 1-2 punch.

I spoke at great length with John Taylor and specifically asked him why the PR was not issued. He was evasive but kind of reassuring by saying, "stay tuned...you will see many good things over the next couple of months". John also said that he would like to hold an analyst's meeting later this year. It is possible that ZE is witholding the PR for the good of the company. They are exposing themselves to extreme liability by not issuing the wire (shareholder suits), therefore they must know what they are doing.

It may be for the best that the PR was not issued on a day like Friday. The market tanked and there were no buyers around. The stock drooped on relatively light volume and only 4 blocks.
