Well wrote S.M. I agree with you. Do not let the market steal money from you. We put up with way to much to not be rewarded. SGGNF has passed thru several very difficult stages, where the odds were more than aginst them, this persistance will be rewarded for company and shareholder alike. The recent coments made on Korea by Jerome are also well put. You have to admire the Korean citizens resolve to correct the situation which now grips their country.

Hi S.M.,

1) Thank you for your post. I too have heard that there will be good news in the near future, possibly with the next two weeks.

2) Cheeky, good to hear from you again. Have faith my friend, there are lots of "little guys" who have become wealthy. In the end you and I and all of our group will join them.

3) John Lawrence, excellent summary of the situation in Michigan. Thank you as well.

4) This current low price is surprising and abit of a drag. BUT, we're only 2 weeks into our new life on NASDAQ. Sooner or later the market will recognize the value of the company. It always happens. Just ask Warren Buffett.

Good luck,

DC

Everyone:

No individual or group of individuals has a (bleeping) monopoly on this Sungold Thread! Period!!!
This thread is available to all who wish to express their, hopefully, constructive comments or seek answers and opinions to their concerns. This may be a moot point but I still feel that many shareholders have been, and continue to be, frustrated with the dissemination of information by SGGNF. Understandably then, under these stressful conditions emotions can be fragile. I strongly encourage all potential and present shareholders to express their opinions and hopefully this will lead to a more productive discussion and positive exchange of information.

Now, in regards to the J.V. partners (Michigan Project), there has been a slight delay but don't interpret this as a major problem or setback. Quite simply, anytime you have a group of lawyers working on legal matters, documentation, etc., schedules may be extended but to my knowledge, the SGGNF legal documents are 99% completed!
Listen everyone, all the major obstacles have been overcome and we are tantalizing close to the realization of Sungold's projects and our share price. Do not despair. The potential returns look extremely promising in the short and long term. From the shareholders's point of view, without a doubt, things couldn't look better!

On a personal note I will mention to everyone that, I along with 6 fellow investors (friends) in Calgary are long on SGGNF and have no intentions of ever capitulating and selling our shares! We've followed and continue to follow the progressive developments of Sungold very, very, closely. For those shareholders who have limited access or knowledge to news and developments, I urge you all to follow the postings by John Lawrence. Kudos to John for keeping shareholders updated!

Don't sell your shares! Wait for the AGM (Feb. 19) and hopefully the cloud of uncertainty will be lifted!!!
Hang in there Roger.......better days are on the way!

All the best!
S.M.

Everyone:

The recent market action on SGGNF has been quite interesting, to say the least!

I would attribute the downward pressure to mainly short-sellers and NOT shareholders. According to Kim Hart and his analysis of the daily trading summary from the MM's, there is still a enormous short position for the short-sellers to cover and keep in mind that the MM's only obligation is for a fill of 100 shares. Therefore, given the animosity towards short-sellers, any attempt by them to purchase large blocks of shares would be tantamount to "pissing in the wind"!!!

The short-sellers were aware that the much anticipated Michigan JV press release was temporarily delayed and that there would be no announcement at the AGM. They seized upon this opportunity to create an illusion that the Michigan Project was in jeopardy and that frustrated shareholders were selling their shares. This was never the case! Shareholders never sold their shares! Instead, its my belief that the short-sellers have been sacrificing their own shares and continue to do so, to perpetuate their illusion that shareholders are dumping their shares. The extremely thin trading volume is a clear illustration that the short-sellers have only limited shares to sacrifice and will eventually lose the battle.

Their present objective is to maintain the downward pressure on Sungold and attempt to keep the share price below the $2.00 level and hope SGGNF shareholders capitulate and sell their shares. Another objective would be that, when the JV news is released and if the share price is still below the $2.00 level, the result of the positive news would only translate into a gain that would bring the share price back to the $3.50 level which was where we were at, a mere 2 weeks ago! In essence, by keeping the share price below the $2.00 level, they're assuming the impact of the JV press release will be mitigated.

All shareholders at the AGM were informed about the exciting developments and those that were unable to attend were able to read the posting by John Lawrence which gave a detailed account of the AGM.
So, don't be deceived by the recent market action!
Maintain the faith!!!

All the best!
S.M.
