D Lee,
Thanks for the comments. Don't take this as a flame but I have
no clue as to what point you are trying to make.
I simply expressed my concerns about the long term profitability
of the automotive business. I have worked in it for 20
yrs, most at corporate level.

Be assured that I hope this merger pays off for all investors.

Thanks Mike,

No flame taken! It's overindulgent of me to assume any SI comments
(especially mine) could turn CVIA certs into wallpaper. None the
less, should Jack feel any discomfort from speculation on the
partnership forming method in its early stage, I would
prefer his mere mention could nip that off at the bud.
I feel he is doing good and may desire silence as much
as i love your question. Hence, my own prefabricated dilemma.

I'm trying to respect his desire because:
His holdings are shallower than my first assumption of 10%. (3%?)
And His ideas are certainly crucial; especially now.
And there could be aggravation from NASDAQ's move to delist 3400
bulletin board stocks to the pink sheets.

I'm in the dark about that one but assume if he remains focused,
CVIA won't be excluded; especially if there is no debt.
With agreements forming, the company should qualify.
Value then may be enhanced simply because there are
fewer bulletin boards to choose from; before then, who knows.
(By waiting on the sidelines I realize I could miss out
and must endeavor to control my greed factor.)

Talk to you later!

Dave
