mike, that $9.5 mil in the bank IS NOT GROWING SALES. sales are going down even after 12+ months of resolving the legal issues.

if the trend continues then the $9.5 mil in the bank will be needed to cover losses.

i believe in the fundamental concept of pay for performance, not just b/c you breath and your blood is flowing. especially when you are in the $100k-$1 mil range.

david, bertrand and kevin don't believe that. they structured their salary so that it was massive and not based upon future performance.

all three of these people make more than bill gates and andy grove (ceo of intel) in salary and the cost of living is less.

you say that both bill and and andy have a lot of stock. ha, but the only reason THEY GOT THE STOCK WAS B/C THEY WORKED TO GET IT TO MOVE UP TO HIGHER VALUES.

kevin could have been compensated in stock. but he wasn't. he'd rather get a % of rev b/c he felt it was more lucrative than stock. you see, nfli can bleed money and david and jana will still make their nearly $1 mil in salary and kevin will make money from his downline and another $500k to boot.

the stock has gone nowhere in 2 years and these clowns have earned about $3.5 million to take us nowhere. need i remind you many shareholders own this stock at much higher values. so, the execs earned nearly $1 mil and the stock performance has decimated many shareholders. do they even care? it would be hard when uou pull about $75k a month. not bad...

i think those incentives (more accurately, the lack thereof) are contrary to the interests of shareholders and i can't be happy about that.

at best, this stock is going lower before it goes higher. i was a staunch defender of this stock but experience has shown me my error.
