I'm guessing you feel a little ashamed and embarrassed because you listened to what a right-wing nut told you, took leave of our senses, made a fool of yourself in public and now wonder what others think of you. There are things you can do to mitigate this form of public disgrace. 1) stop reading and listening to what right wing nuts tell you. 2) listen to them and ignore them because you know they're lying or 3) simply remain mute knowing that you can't stop yourself.
