No al-len it means a purchased security, equity whatever. It is no
difrrent then when Riley G explained to the OVIS thread that they
could demand their certificates and still be liquid as they could
place a sell order and later supply the brokerage with the security
that was liquidated. I know Riley G was correct in that. That is why
there are settlement dates for equities and the underlying securities
are settled promply. Maybe I am wrong. Any professional correction
would be appreciated.
