s maartin: You can post all you want to me..to DDuncan, to yourself.
That will not change what may happen, if this goes to 100.
My saying there is a beef or not a beef means absolutely nothing.
Your saying it means absolutely nothing, either.
If someone decides that they would have held the stock, had it not been for MK, they are gonna do what they are gonna do.
I am not bashing MK, I am stating my opinion as to what I believe will happen, if events unfold in a certain direction.

What's interesting is that the company says they are unaware or uninformed that Barons was sold to someone else. The eviction notice was dated a almost a month before the 8-K announcing the merger.

That operation was responsible for a huge piece of their asssets and 75% of their employees. And they are not informed as to what has happened there? And they say they filed suit on September 12th against Barons, which was not disclosed in the September 24th 8-K. And we didn't learn about it here until I brought up the subject.

It sounds the same as the statement Roland made to the press following the halt that they "had no idea" of the problems with the SEC.

I am unaware of possible outside interests that may consume so much of their time that they are prevented from staying informed as to what is happening inside this company.

I still like the statement in the recent 8-K:

<On December 3,1997 the Company's attorney, Thomas Abrams was informed by a third party that they had purchased Baron's International SA two weeks prior to December 3,1997. As of this date the Company has not been officially notified of such sale>

I guess they just didn't trust me. <ggg>
