<<Basically anything liberals touch the costs go sky high from what I see be it healthcare, education or housing. >>

It costs money to provide quality social services. But before you can do that, you need to have a heart, some feeling for others, which clearly you don't have. You have little to no feeling since you are just a dogmatic investor who only gives a chit about yourself and your money.

Who needs to watch a Christmas Carol when I can listen to John Vosilla and experience what Mr. Scrooge is all about.

<<You blaming Trump on that too?>>

Donald Trump represents the culmination of a long line of Presidential scum bags starting with Reagan. Since Reagan, it has all been about transferring wealth from the middle income to the top 1% and Wall Street. All you care about is how you've profited as an investor and to hell with those less fortunate, since they obviously are solely to blame for their predicament.

You missed out on the greatness of NYC because you weren't capable of going outside yourself and experiencing all the different, beautiful, cultures living here. I experienced Cantonese, Bengali and all the different Spanish cultures living in NYC. Those people and immigrants became my friends. I did not become threatened by them like many Trump supporters, like yourself.

We moved to Henderson, NV at the end of June 2017. My wife and I sold our homes in time. We wanted to move to a no state income tax blue state. Clarke county, which makes up 68% of the population of Nevada is marginally a blue state. I've only lived here a few months, but here are my thoughts. The locals, who are almost exclusively Caucasion, are nice, polite, and courteous, but very unsocial; they live lives of "quiet desperation" and are quite solitary. The Hispanics, who are primarily Mexican, are very social and outgoing. They are becoming a very big part of Nevada and are quite liberal. Lots of Californians here too, along with people from NYC, Chicago and Detroit. The area has become somewhat multicultural and tons of people are moving here each week.

Nevada went all blue in the last election, not just for President, but both state houses are now democratic for the first time in its history. A lot of sweeping progressive legislation has been passed.

Happy Holidays to you.
