Estimate

OK, using the estimate that IOM sold 1.8M Zips in Q3, and from the Q3 conference call, received 406M revenue from Zip+Jaz, I did a couple quick calculations:

I really don't have any idea what Jaz contributed to revenue in Q3, but I'll just make a wild guess that it was 90M. A little less than 1/4 Zip revenue seems reasonable to me. Do we have any kind of data on this?

OK, so subtracting that from 406M gives 316M. Divide by 1.8 gives $175.5 revenue per Zip average. Seems like a conservative guess to me. Let's now say that IOM sells 2.75M Zips in Q4 and receives the same average revenue per Zip (Zip+ could offset greater OEM %, and a greater installed base may improve tie ratios a bit). That gives 483M revenue from Zip, then add 100M for Jaz (if the 90M was right this should also be close) and you get 583M. Then add some for Ditto and you get somewhere around 600M. Seems like a reasonable, conservative estimate to me.

at 7.5% margins: 45M income
at 8% margins: 48M income

$.16-.17 income

I think revenues will come in closer to $625-650M actually. Any suggestions on improving this model?
