Hi Leigh:

I've followed BARY for six years and owned it (profitabily) once three years ago. This is the second time since the 90's they've been in backruptcy court. This is the crap (stocks) I feel I am best at judging, in fact I think I'm an authority at it (I really do). I am a bottom of the barrel type of guy. I don't see any shareholder recovery worthwhile here. OK, Maybe a reverse split with old shareholders getting 1 new share for every 100 old shares. That's it.

I think I first posted to your thread about Vitronics...?

From the postings I see you at. I would tend to think that you invest like I do. Looking for cheap, fundamental value. I sure do spend alot of time (to the dispair of my spouse) researching new opportunities and 100's of new companies every month. In the year just ended I earned a "net" 73% return on my portfolio, I'm pretty proud of that. Just this week I earned a 87.5% return on EPLN (check out my thread), I owned the stock for six months. I been trading since I was 15 and 41 now. I've had a good knack to know where to look for making money, such as getting in to real estate stocks and REIT's in 91 and 92 and profiting nicely from that market taking off. I've since moved on to trading only OTC:BB stock. This is a market untapped by anaylsis and basically unfollowed. I think this will change as the internet makes it possible for anyone to access info that I use to spend hours at the library looking at. It's great! Getting back on track, I think the OTC:BB will attract big money as people search for alternatives for investing. There is alot of value here.

Companies I like include HTEK, CVDE, TYCO, TCGN, ISPP and OKRG, amoungst other. Tell me a little about your self investing knowledge and some companies you like.

Sorry if I seem really into myself, But I think my knowledge of this market is "very good".

Hope this doen't turn you off
Regards,

Paul Andrews

Leigh read this first!

When I read the first sentence, I read: "Paul, I certainly disagree with you" I never say the "can't". It sounded like you were making definitive case (for value) in the old shares. Sorry I sounded soooo cocky.

I took some time this AM to check out BARYQ's latest filings. the $20 million deficit in shareholders equity, in my opinion, solidfies my position.

Regards,

Paul Andrews
