Paul, Trump says he wants the cooperation of Democrats to build out the infrastructure. That is what he says but that is not what he is doing. I live here in Lynnwood WA where we are waiting for the funds to complete the light rail link from Northgate. The Trump budget has cancelled those funds. As usual, watch what he does, not what he says.
