I have not been engaging in this site, but, just counting my profits since 2008 when the market crashed during the Bush administration. it was the democrats that wanted the 'community housing act' that caused the housing crisis which caused the market to tank in 2008. That is the real reason that the obama administration did not prosecute any banks because it would have come out in court that the democrats caused the problem in the first place.

Paul, like most "liberals", you're really in the dark. You might research what Hayek meant when he wrote that the curious task of economics is to show how little we know about what we imagine we can design. Most conservatives are informed by the sort of epidemiologists who take cues from history and comprehensively analyze results. They know that government interference in commercial matters will always deduct from the common good in ways that are little understood. With intelligence or luck one might foresee the narrow result of a given action, but strategically planning for the total package is a fool's mission.
