They have been phasing out dinosaurs for a decade.. I have posted on this before.. Small biz drives China.. Dinos are welfare.. You can't dump 40 million or more folks into the job market willy nilly.. that is what foolish detractors want.. China has a new social contract since Mao.. People won't make them (leaders) disappear if they do their jobs.. Trump is promising to regress to old style.. Coal for example. He hopefully will be the US cathartic epiphany. Their WTF have we done to ourselves moment....
