Kenneth, you live in a fantasy world. Obama squandered the 800 billion dollars when he put lipstick on our roads instead of expanding the workforce by building new roads and moving dirt...plans that actually existed. He bullshitted the public about shovel ready jobs and his administration refused to spend our money as needed. You know nothing about this issue...but, Merry Christmas!
