I started listening to my body at 39. I had seen (just by looking and observing others) I have come to the conclusion I was much healthier than the people my age then and decided to improve on what I had.

When I read Rousseau, Emile, Or On Education, I was surprises he suggested feed a child and how to dress him up. I knew that Brazilian mothers would warp babies up like a cigar, while he suggested to let limbs free.

That was after returning from Nigeria. I cut down on alcohol. I had 59Kg I went to 67.5Kg in 100 days pumping iron and eating Brazilian food.

I still wear the jeans I wore when I was 20 years of age: 32/34 regular fit. Still have that weight when I met you 10 years ago.

My own nature is my friend: I can't stand still and have restless mind, I burn the carbs and do not store it. I eat in small portions over the course of the day. Am like an Asian. I graze instead of eating big meals like in Brazil.
