Al-len, Why are we constantly in disagreement?? I think Pugs should go ahead and try to make the attempt. Suit=Counter-suit And Mike may just be interested in owning a Gym some time in the future. This could even become a Civil Rights violation since Pugs seems so hell-bent on depriving Mike of his 1st amendment rights. MikeK.... let me know when you receive the civil suit. One of the advantages of living the DC area is that at least 1/2 of the population are either lawyers or work for one.... :0) I'll put you in touch with folks from the ACLU and EFF if you so desire. Al-len, again please let Pugs go forth with his frivolous suit. He has dug himself into such a deep pit of slanderous statements that any lawyer worth his salt would barely break a sweat defending MikeK. Hell, I hope he includes me as well. Regards, Ron
