Black unemployment is at a record low -- less than half its peak under Obama. Hispanic unemployment also is at a record low. The inequality gap between the richest and the poorest reached a record under Obama. With new employment opportunities come the means to bridge that gap. Under Obama's unwatchful eyes, in two years the Islamic State grew from a JV squad to a real state that included Aleppo, Mosul and Raqqa. Aleppo alone had 4.6 million people.
