I went to help a company in distress. They talked to me for almost 2 months before agreeing a deal.

They had changed their business model and they were struggling in all activities. They just did not know where to start.

I organized them 8 weeks. After 8 weeks they started thinking that was too easy. They even did not see what was done.

They just weren't anymore under pressure. We agreed to depart.

I guess they felt really stupid after I got things solved so easy and smoothly.

I told the CEO of another company, same sector different country. Their wheels will start coming out in six to 8 months.
He asked me why.

I told him that they will run out of ideas, the same way they did last time. The ideas and energy I brought in will start wearing off by around 6 months and then they will go down hill. In a company as theirs, they have to keep thinking at all times.
