Mike,
I'm not a broker, you are. You appealed to investors and "lurkers" to consider your "proffessional experience" when making their investment decisions. You are slamming the stock for 8-10hrs. a day. You say you have no interest in RMIL, but your behavoir and actions demonstrate otherwise.
I'm not the lawyer, but the letter is going to Principal. Principal, to date has been non-responsive to RMIL shareholders complaints. The NASD has give Principal until Feb.6th to respond, and a lawyer was aquired to see that we are not blown-off with a form letter.
This is entirely VOLUNTARY...36 of us , so far, feel strongly enough about a broker slamming our investment 8-10hrs. a day, to do something about it. It is my hope that Principal understands how RMIL shareholders feel about one of their brokers attempts to tank our investment, it is also my hope, that if Principal remains non-responsive, the lawyers will find the truth to why this broker is so compulsively and passionately involved in slamming a stock he says 'he' has no position in. Also, if Principal does not inform us of what they will do about one of their brokers attempting to tank our investment by Feb.6th, the NASD will be notified .
For the record, Everen does NOT allow its brokers to slam stocks on the internet.
