Troy, Thanks for that link; I haven't seen that article before. However, according to the title it's dated October 1996, so it's really ancient history. There has been a lot of disclosure since then, and Amerindo's management may be singing a different tune now. Regarding your question about Cadence as an investment, my personal feeling, which may not be worth the electrons with which it's painted on your monitor, is that Cadence might move up if they win a huge settlement from Avant. However, they are currently trading at a high very P/E ratio, and have significant Asian exposure, and I would therefore stay away.
