Yakov, your number of $3 MM sounds good (I think that the increase in head count was about 100 people or so? then $3 MM per quarter should cover it).

CYMI is getting to a price range which when asked few months ago on this thread, is very close to a bear market valuation. Of course, if the SOX breaks the 240 or so level, there is no saying how much more of a bargain this stock might be (I believe at the time my target was a bear market fair price range in the $13-$15). At the time I did not think that VECO would go under 23 but, as usual, the market proved me wrong, so I might still be proven wrong here as well. I think that if one looks at a time horizon of 12 months or more, and is ready to live through some hard time for the techs, the current price would look like a gift from heaven.
