It's believed Flynn probably didn't report the income from Russia and Turkey for tax purposes if he didn't disclose it to on his security clearance renewal. If he had disclosed the foreign income, he'd have been denied a renewal (January 2016). He's a Virginia resident and they have an income tax law that piggybacks on federal tax law so Virginia could charge him with tax evasion .. that's one state charge right there.
