MS,

re: If the market tanks and we revisit October we could see new lows, in that case I will buy more stock ($15.00 or less) and buy puts at the same strike.

Why not just write the 15 Puts now? Unless you think that KLIC might see its alltime low while its revenues are increasing, worst case, you get the premium and not the stock. Best case you get to own the stock for less than $15/share.

michael, The asian flu will fade moving forward. We might start down next week, but I'd be surprised if we ended down by friday, options expiration day....FWIW KLIC is now selling WITHIN 1/8th of its 52-week low!!!

I sold Jan 17.5 calls on my KLIC with 10 minutes left in the session on friday. I placed the price at the "ask" or 3/4, and boom they were purchased quickly! At $16.625 current price, the price would need to exceed $18.25 by friday for that purchaser to beat me, and someone "out there" quickly took that bet.

I am amazed at the numer of bargain stocks in the tech sector out there....

Sincerely,

Doug F.
