reddy,
I don't think you are going to find anyone here that will disagree with your thesis that the stock is undervalued right now. I have been surprised (and disappointed?) that it hasn't risen since the agreement with Toshiba was publicized. From my view, that was the big overhanging threat for the stock and it has now been removed.

Thanks for crunching the numbers. It reinforces my feeling that the stock will appreciate nicely in 2018. I think the rumors of a drop in chip prices and China's looming entry into the market are possibly putting a lid on long term expectations and as a result, pushed down the EPS multiple used to determine a value. Unfortunately, whenever China enters a market, all of the profit for all other manufacturers disappears. Sometime in 2019, China could be producing enough chips to impact pricing if they aren't gobbling all of them up in their own devices.

Standing by for SA to tell me how many ways I am wrong about all of this...
