I2,
I owned Invesco sm cap Euro. I made good money on it in 96, up over 30%. When it lagged last year I called BB on the program and he said dump it for sure and recommended Price Euro or the Vanguard Euro index.

deposit receipts that buy the index of foreign countries,
you trade in and out like stocks, most pay divedends,
and beat 90% of the foreign mutual funds.
