Lee,

I agree with your focus statement. I want to be sure that you are aware of M. Wendell's decision not to go forward with his association with Consolidated Noble. What that means for Consolidated Noble, I am not sure. I believe that M. Wendell would help where required, but I do not speak for him. I would not be too quick to count Consolidated Noble out of the picture, with or without M. Wendell. Just my humble opinion, however. I think that Consolidated bit off more than they could chew with the electrowinning, but not perhaps more than they can chew in processing sludge, slime, etc. The real progress for GPGI will be to eliminate the electrowinning process entirely. Not to say that they cannot be profitable without, but more largely successful without electrowinning. My advice to GPGI and all the dd's is to burn no bridges and to feed and nurture all amenable refiners. If Auric can process the copper dore successfully, then give them large amounts of that. If Consolidated Noble can process the slime, sludge, mud, etc, give them that. If the fourth processor which I suspect is Sabin can handle whatever, then send them that. What we will see in my opinion is a slow but sure evolution to refining the dd products. All dd's need to nurture the refiners who are so inclined in my opinion. Some specialists might offer their services to prospective companies in concentrating ores in-house in order to provide specialized refiners their products. Basically, as I see it, it would be the responsibility of the prospecive producer to provide a refinable product to the refiner. Why would Consolidated Noble be electrowinning when Global has greater capacity for that. Beside that, they should have sludge and slime coming out of their ears by now. I am sure that there is a universe that I do not understand here, please forgive me. There are reasons and logical reasons for the way that things are done and I am only a casual observer here. Perhaps not so casual, but still an armchair quarterback by any stretch of the imagination.

Well, I wax verbose once again. Do I believe that there will be great and copious and profitable production of PGM/gold from the dd's and that they will be successfully and profitably refined by specialized refiners in the USA. Damn right!! The big question is how soon and by whom. Sorry, I cannot answer that but I have big feelings which I will not discuss now.

Bigmouth, Jack

P.S.--I will not clap real loud until the dollars hit the bank account!!
