CH.K. MM has limited time to shake nervous investors out of their position and make some profit for himself. That is the reward for his trouble. He is the one who buys shares at the low of the day and sells at the high of the day. The key is to stay cool and not let him take advantage of you. As for what you said about the promoters and brokers I agree with you. To paint all insiders with the same brush is not fair to the honest ones. It is a minefield out there and one has to exercise caution. Unfortunately there are too many investors out there with too many big dreams and lack of understanding how the spec market works. Seventy percent of people that play spec game should quite honestly stick to some conservative mutual fund, due to the fact that speculative stocks or any other stocks for that matter, are way out of whack with their risk tolerance. The easiest part of investing in the stock market is placing an order to buy, my six years old daughter knows how to do that, despite her language shortcomings. When I ask her about her strategy for the stock her reply is: "Tragedy, what tragedy daddy ?". Simply speaking if you buy it without strategy, which to me is a plan of knowing what to buy, when to buy it, when to average it up or down, when to sell it with or without a profit or cut losses and move on to the next one. The whole adventure can pretty well turn into tragedy without well thought out strategy. In regards to SGGNF, I will never comprehend why anyone would want to sell their shares at these prices when the company is so close to finalizing one of the main and long awaiting projects. It does not appear to me that these people are the ones with any strategy. I will gladly sell them back their shares at much higher prices.
