Trumpty Dumpty praised Eric Holder for protecting Obama in an impromptu interview with the NYT.

He thinks that's the job of the Attorney General and he wants his own Eric Holder.

Now Holder was in fact hired by Obama because his work on Clinton's Marc Rich pardon for $ showed Obama that Holder had no ethics. That's exactly what Trumpty wants.
